 Beginner dances are often called ABC dances, just easy dancing.        


Keep your exercise regimen exciting: try square dancing. 
No previous experience required. Everyone's welcome: solos, couples, and families. No partner needed. No charge. Learn a few calls while you walk to music, laugh a lot, and make new friends.  Wear comfortable shoes and casual attire.
